Translation of standard documents such as company policies, standard articles of association, guidelines, contracts, minutes or resolutions
Industry specific translations such as legislation, technical articles of association, procedure manuals, financial statements, reports, specific types of contracts or training material
Translation of official documents to be used in public institutions in Mozambique such as certificates of incorporation, powers of attorney or notarized minutes. Certified by a sworn official translator
For urgent translations that cannot be accommodated in the normal turnaround time
Simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, guided visits, using state of the art equipment or online using Zoom.
linguistic review and editing of documents. We assist with grammar errors, refining of complex technical words, rewriting of vague phrases and punctuation.
A sworn translation is certified by an official sworn translator which is in turn certified by a notary. This type of translation is often for official use in public institutions. These are delivered in hard copy.
Not necessarily. Translations for internal use do not need to be sworn, unless the client so prefers. Sworn translations have an additional cost.
For translation purposes one page refers to 220 words of the translated documents regardless of the number of physical pages.
A translator produces 8 to 10 pages per day under normal conditions. However several factors influence the turnaround time of a translation such as formatting and the technical language of the document. We also offer an urgent service.
